What Kind of Sponsor are you?

If you want to start an online business with an affiliate program you always need someone who’s going to help you growing it. This person is called your sponsor and as you plan to get referrals you will be a sponsor too.

How good the training is that you give to your affiliates obviously affects the success of your referrals. If you plan to leave your members alone and only care about your own business this might lead to you getting a lot of new referrals.
But if you don't care about your affiliates and don't give them any support and links to websites where they can get good information they won't replicate any of your success and quit very soon. Then you will see that the success of your members is somehow your own success.

If you take care of your affiliates this will lead to a lot of new referrals in your second level downline and your first level members will want to stay in your team.
After you gave your members good training they are able to teach the same things to their downline and this leads to you getting members in your 3rd level downline.
This is the moment where the ball is rolling and you don't have to spend time with your business anymore. Your income will grow by itself and this is what everyone calls "automated". Now you will have more time for yourself, to spend with your family and on things you love doing.

All in all I want you to be the 2nd kind of sponsor. Believe me there are too many who don't give a damn about anyone they referred.
Please do yourself a favor and make sure that your sponsor will support you before joining someone you don't know anything about.
